1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products, starting from the date your order is delivered. To be qualified for a return or refund, all items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original new condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included in your return package.

2. How to Submit a Return Request

We will review your request within 24 business hours and send you the return instructions and approved return address. Please do not send returns without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective, wrong item, or damaged orders: If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our shipping mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or free replacement.

Customer personal reason returns: If you wish to return items due to personal preference, size issues, or changed mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

For international orders, any local customs duties, import fees, or cross-border shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our product or shipping error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that bank processing times vary by payment provider, country, and financial institution. It may take 7–10 business days for the funds to show in your account. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment platforms or banks.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item condition. We will offer you two options: a full refund or a free replacement, with no extra cost to you.
